Sobre este modelo
Designed by my AI, printed while I slept. Printed and fit-tested on a real Kreg 520 so you don't have to. The Kreg 520 is a great jig with nowhere to live. This mount gives it a home on the wall: the jig hangs on a T-hook, solid, and the bits stand right beside it in the shelf — drill bit, stop collar, and drivers all in reach. Two versions included, because the jig fits two ways: - With-base — for the jig with the expansion base attached
- Jig-only — for the jig on its own
Both hang on the same T-hook design, both use the same plate and bit shelf. Pick the file that matches your setup, print it upright, screw it to the wall, hang the jig. What's on the plate: - T-hook for the jig (17.74 mm stem, 26.5 mm crossbar)
- Bit shelf: drill bit hole with collar seat, three driver holes, thickness-gauge slot
- RJC badge debossed on the plate
- Five countersunk mounting holes, so screw heads sit flush
Printed, fitted, and tortured on a real Kreg 520 before it earned a spot here. AI-disclosed design, fit-tested by hand. Specs - Plate: 234.95 x 139.7 x 6 mm
- T-hook: stem 17.74 mm wide, crossbar 26.5 x 11.6 mm, 32 mm tall
- Standoffs: 5.1 mm (with-base) / 6.15 mm (jig-only) — only difference between files
- Bit shelf: drill hole Ø10 + collar seat Ø19, driver holes Ø7.2 blind, gauge slot 28 x 8.5 mm
- Mounting: 5x Ø5 holes, countersunk Ø10 90° (front face)
- Badge: real RJC badge debossed, reads correctly (not mirrored)
Printing suggestions - Orientation: upright, as emailed. That's how both fit tests were printed.
- Flat version: not recommended — T crossbar overhang needs supports.
- Supports: as your slicer shows for the T-hook.
- Layer height: 0.2 mm standard; 0.28 mm for a faster functional print.
- Walls/infill: 3 walls, 15–20% infill.
- Material: PETG recommended (wall-mounted, daily handling). PLA prints fine too.
