## KNIT X NOEL SPINDLE
### A festive silhouette with a finely knitted touch
**by SHAPE – STUDIO**
**〰️ Sculptural Design. Everyday Function.**
A slender Christmas ornament with a generous rounded heart, an elongated drop and a compact hanging crown. A soft ivory waist adds a distinct detail to its sculptural silhouette.
The fine Knit X texture is real printable geometry: interlocking loops with four twisted plies, carried across the curved red body and ivory end pieces. Scarlet Red and Ivory White create a classic festive palette.
### ✨ Designed to Stand Out
- Original spindle silhouette, approximately 144.7 mm tall and 67.0 mm wide.
- Fine four-ply knit relief, with approximately 4.9 mm stitch pitch at the widest body section.
- Six separate printed parts with a concealed asymmetric keyed spine.
- Keyed alignment and glue joints with 0.25 mm clearance per side.
- Integrated hanging eye with a sloping inner roof.
### 🖨️ Simple Printing. Beautiful Results.
**NO AMS REQUIRED ✅**
Print two colour-pure plates and change the external spool between plates. Plate 1 contains the two red body halves in Bambu PLA Matte Scarlet Red 11200. Plate 2 contains the ivory drop, waist, crown and spine in Bambu PLA Matte Ivory White 11100. No colour changes within a plate and no purge tower.
Use the included prepared project or the supplied sliced project for **Bambu Lab P2S, 0.4 mm nozzle, original 0.16mm Standard @BBL P2S**. The fine yarn ridges justify the finer stock layer height. Original speeds, flow limits, temperatures, cooling and machine macros are retained.
Decorative parts use two walls and 10% infill. The load-bearing crown uses four walls and 35%; the narrow structural spine uses three walls and 100%. Broad hidden mating faces rest on the bed. Native slicing produces **no support toolpaths**. The hidden socket roofs have short 5.5 mm bridges.
The complete six-part set uses a native slicer estimate of **81.66 g** and **4 h 58 min 37 s** over two plates. Per plate: red 53.07 g / 3 h 17 min 18 s; ivory 28.59 g / 1 h 41 min 19 s.
Dry fit first. Seat the spine in the drop, slide on the lower body, ivory waist and upper body, then seat the crown. Add a small amount of PLA-compatible adhesive to the concealed joints and let it cure fully. Add your own hanging cord. Adhesive and cord are not printed parts.
All supplied meshes and the assembled fit have been checked digitally; native projects were reimported and sliced with their saved settings. Physical print quality, fit, adhesive strength and hanging durability remain untested. Renders and the labelled AI product visualization do not depict a physical test print. The included illustrated German assembly PDF explains the sequence and physical checks.
### 💚 Make It Yours
Bring a knitted accent to your Christmas tree, a seasonal branch or a gift arrangement. Print each plate in your preferred festive PLA colour while keeping all parts on a plate the same colour.
Share a photo of your finished print. If you enjoy the design, a like, rating or boost helps others discover it.
