Kinetic Incense Holder – Lifts as It Burns
por Sky BuildStudio en Thingiverse
An incense holder that moves on its own 🪔✨ The stick sits on a balance beam that rocks on a knife edge. As the incense burns away, the beam slowly lifts it from nearly flat to upright, then settles when it's done. No motor, no battery: it's powered by smoke 😅 Works with any brand of stick, light..

Sobre este modelo
An incense holder that moves on its own 🪔✨ The stick sits on a balance beam that rocks on a knife edge. As the incense burns away, the beam slowly lifts it from nearly flat to upright, then settles when it's done. No motor, no battery: it's powered by smoke 😅 Works with any brand of stick, light or heavy. The beam balances on its own edge, so every stick rises the same way. No calibration. Print Settings: PETG preferred (PLA is fine for a test) 0.4 nozzle 0.2 layer height ⚠️ Beam + knife bar: 100% infill (Rectilinear). They're the balance, they need to be solid. Paint the knife bar's seam onto its flat top so it rolls smoothly. Features ✅ No supports ✅ No screws, glue or magnets ✅ 3 parts, 1-minute assembly ✅ Built-in tray Assembly Slide the knife bar through the post windows and the beam's hub. Light the stick, press its bare end into the groove, let go. Fits cored incense sticks, 6–11" (not coreless sticks) Never leave burning incense unattended.
