Sobre este modelo
So. I needed a kama/hand scythe for my Halloween costume. Shikyojojo's looked cool, but looking at the individual pieces they were small and seemed like they'd be hard to put together once I got it printed. Additionally, there wasn't a way to keep the print lines relatively consistent. Mine uses the original single-piece model, and cuts it into three pieces. There are two to download, just mirror the blade-half for the second print. Simple to print these flat and keeps the halves very consistent. I'd recommend printing the handle sitting upright on the flat piece where it connects to the top. I also know that if you print the supports without blacking out the slot, you're going to get supports stuck in there and have to drill it out a bit to get it to fit, but that may be the case either way. I welded my pieces together with a cheap 3d pen and built up a decent amount of material around the handle connection. Takes up most of the 350mm build plate on the SV08, so be aware of that. There are probably a few other places that it can be split where it'll be well seated, I just didn't find all the splits on the original to be convenient for assembly or printing. If the original author split their blade pieces so they printed flat like this one and you could control the texture, it would go a long way, but that's why I made my version.
