Japandi Ribbed LED Lamp – Frame & Screw-in Base

Create your own Japandi shape with this parametric lamp. Adjust the height, width, ribs, and wall thickness using the included OpenSCAD file. A softly rounded Japandi-style lamp with vertical ribs and a removable, screw-in LED base. Both printable parts and their editable OpenSCAD sources are included. I have printed, assembled, and tested the default version with the LED, as shown in the photos. Default dimensions • Overall assembled height: 175 mm • Maximum frame diameter: 100 mm • Frame height: 171.8 mm Assembly 1. Print one frame and one LED base. 2. Seat the LED light in the base and route its cable through the opening. 3. Screw the frame onto the base gently by hand, keeping the cable clear. Designed around the Bambu Lab LED Lamp Kit 001. Use the intended LED module, not a candle or incandescent bulb. Make it your own The frame SCAD exposes controls for assembled height (150–175 mm), body width (100–120 mm), ribbon count (48–80), ribbon depth (0.8–2.0 mm), and diffuser wall thickness (0.9–1.4 mm). The mating base connection stays fixed. Changed parameters need a fresh render and slice; the supplied print profile applies to the default model. Printing files The print profile includes both the Japandi frame and matching LED base together on one A1 mini plate. Print one of each in PLA with a 0.4 mm nozzle, 0.20 mm layers and a Textured PEI plate; supports are disabled. Separate STL and editable SCAD files are also included.
