Sobre este modelo
I like a minimal case, but wanted to have a design on the pack. This one can be printed in PLA as is, no supports, and can just snap on. It's a tight fit, but will fit. The “Camera Bump" is to help protect the lenses, but is printed separately to avoid supports. The holes in the case and bump will take a bit of filament as alignment aids for gluing. The button extensions ease button activation, but could be optional if you prefer to use a fingernail. A temporary piece of tape on the outside of the case will hold the button extenders in place while the case is snapped on. I wanted the octopus design on the back, but toyed with a few others. I included a blank edge, and a few alternate backs which could be combined in TinkerCad or whatever, or create your own. Created with OnShape. BTW, I set the slicer to print the Hilbert Curve pattern, “Only one wall on the first layer” because I really like the pattern it makes, especially with Multi-Extrusion filaments. Look at the pictures of the gold version for the best example of this effect. UPDATE: I added a simple stand for a MagSafe charger. Any thickness of a case, without the embedded magnetic ring in the official cases, will not hold well enough without some extra support. The leg is separate to improve later strength and forgo supports. Print the MagSafe holder and a pair of legs. Easy. UPDATE2: Refined version. The files starting with “Refined” have some minor modification to accommodate a specific situation. - The back is thinner to allow wireless charging in my car, which has a weaker Qi Charger. - The upper edge is slightly extended to accommodate a glass screen cover. - The thickness of the camera bumper is reduced, but also accommodates a protective glass cover over the lenses.
