Before placing Velcro in place, sand both pieces using 220 grit sand paper, then clean off using alcohol to remove any oils. Press Velcro in place and use clamp to force pressure on the adhesive to bond better, for at least 24 hours. *** You can use the monitor in either inline with arm or perpendicular position. I suggest using a paper stapler on one end to better grip with your finger and thumb when grabbing it to secure it to the other end of the Velcro once you have the wrist mount on your wrist.
