This is a ring base for Leroy Merlin's Inspire Bergen garden light lamp fixture. The ring base is to be used when you cannot route a cable from below the lamp post and you need to get in from the side. This design allows for a 20mm spiral tube to be plugged on the side of it in order to route the cable relatively cleanly. SCAD file included for customization.

The V1 model includes: - 115 mm outer diameter - 30 mm height - 65 mm inner opening, giving a 25 mm radial ring thickness - Two M5 heat-set-insert pockets at 12 and 6 o’clock - Lamp mounting-hole spacing of exactly 96 mm centre-to-centre, as per the box print. - Two diagonal M5 countersunk wall-mounting holes - A side socket for a 20 mm outside-diameter spiral conduit - A 21 mm cable/conduit bore from the centre opening to the conduit socket

The V2 model has replaced the heated inserts for simple holes to use a simpler wood screw and has moved those holes on the same radius as the countersunk holes.

Assembly notes - Print the part flat, with the wall-facing side on the print bed. This is better for layer adhesion and toughness. - Install the two M5 heat-set inserts from the top face. - Fix the ring to the wall using the two countersunk holes. - Route the cable through the 20 mm spiral tube and insert the tube into the side socket. - Apply an outdoor-rated neutral-cure silicone or polyurethane sealant around the conduit socket if needed. - Fit the Bergen fixture on top and secure it with M5 screws and washers into the inserts. - Use stainless-steel mounting hardware for outdoor exposure.
