Print it, insert a screw, put it into the IKEA SKADIS slit, and tighten the screw. The inner M3 thread of this part has been designed with precision and requires precision in print. I recommend printing with an SLA printer. For many filament printers it will be on the verge of what they can do or even beyond. Do not try to print this with 0.25 or 0.2 mm layer thickness. If printed with the lowest possible layer height, it might work. I a curious on your experience reports.
