Sobre este modelo
I revised this basket for my hydroponic towers to simplify printing, reduce filament use, and give roots larger openings to grow through. The general-purpose version has 16 long slots with pointed ends and keeps the original tower connection and end sizing. It uses approximately 10% less modeled material than the original Standard pot; actual filament savings depend on your slicer settings. I printed and tested the revised basket. It printed cleanly, fits my tower, and holds a wet starter plug securely. The photos show the actual print and baskets installed with plants. Suggested print settings Rim down, pointed end upward 0.20 mm layers 4 walls 15% gyroid infill 4 top and bottom layers The download includes general-purpose and compact Jiffy-style baskets, optional sacrificial print-pad versions, and printing notes. Remove the print pad completely before installation. Use an intact starter plug or coarse supporting media. The slots will not retain fine loose media by themselves. Check your tower fit before printing a batch.
