Print Settings & Safety Guidelines - Material: Print in ASA or PETG (or high-temp engineering filaments like PA6-CF). Do not print in standard PLA, as contact with a preheated stainless steel chute will cause immediate deformation.
- Perimeters: Minimum 4 wall loops to ensure a solid, leak-free perimeter with zero infill rattle.
- Supports: Prints cleanly upright with zero internal supports (the internal angle is self-supporting). Optional tree/normal supports under the overhang of the side handle tab.
- ⚠ Crucial Safety Note: This funnel is designed strictly for charging green beans into the roaster. Remove the funnel immediately after dumping your beans and replace the stock metal chaff cover before starting the roast. Leaving a plastic/thermoplastic print sitting in the chute during a roast will expose it to 180°C+ temperatures and block the roast chamber seal.
