Disclaimer: This is an acoustic model. As such, it does not scale, nor is it compatible with drivers other than the ones specified. Scaling / incorrect driver(s) will result in significantly diminished performance. Assembly notes: (See video.) Note: If you plan to use the two halves of the soundbar separately as a pair of stereo speakers, be sure to seal the unpopulated screw holes.

Wiring / DSP / amplification: The Piston Block is an isobaric speaker. Each enclosure requires four pairs of the Dayton Audio DMA70-8 drivers; 16 in total. Use the following series-parallel arrangement: Power handling is rated at 100W per channel. If DSP is available, apply a 55Hz high pass filter to protect the drivers, and a broad Q -6dB peak filter around 600Hz to dial down the midrange.
