Print Settings & Mechanical Integrity Given the cumulative weight of 6 steel sheets plus tools, layer adhesion and wall thickness are critical: - Material: PETG, ABS, or ASA recommended (PLA works, but beware of creep under load or inside warm enclosures).
- Perimeters/Walls: 4 to 5 minimum (do not rely on low perimeters with high infill).
- Infill: 25% – 30% (Gyroid recommended).
- Supports: None (designed for flat-bed orientation).
