The dimensions of this model are spot-on 📏, but due to filament shrinkage, I still recommend printing a test piece first (2nd plate)🖨️. The second plate contains a test piece that only takes about 1g of filament and around 10 minutes to complete ⏱️. You can check if the fit is correct before printing the full version. I’ve added anti-slip ribs inside the handle, so a tiny tolerance is already built into the fit between the test piece and the full model. If the test piece fits well, the main body will fit perfectly!

I've incorporated ergonomics into the switch position of the handle, making it super comfortable while opening the door. When opening and closing, the handle might still have a very slight wobble, and that's actually how it's supposed to be. I could design a 99.999% rigid handle, but once installed, that kind of handle is almost impossible to take off (don't ask me how I know 😅). Since I love swapping out skins for my setup, I can't accept that. This is just a normal, comfortable-to-use door handle.

About this handle: It actually had a sibling model, but I scrapped it because it felt a bit too bulky 🚫, even though it had slightly better ergonomics. I scaled down the overall design and trimmed the outer edges to make it look much more harmonious

About supports: Don't worry, I've adjusted the angle so they are super easy to remove 🛠️—just check out my support surface layer! 👀

About white stress marks: You can easily make them disappear by running a heat gun over them 🔥 . See how the white marks vanish on mine right after heating? 🪄
