I made these hand guard mounts for my 2001 BMW R1150R , and for use with some Chinese knock off GS Hand guards. As the mounts that came with the guards were very thing plastic, didn't fit right as these were intended for a GS1250. These may work on a similar bikes and or hand guards, will just depend on the distance to the end of the bars and size of the guards and what controls you have in the way on your bars etc. I may tweak these in the future, will see how they hold up after ride a season of riding etc
