Battery-powered LED only, never a real flame: the plastic will melt and can catch fire. Print in white or another light, translucent filament, as dark colours block the light. Scaling changes the wall thickness and therefore how the picture shows, so print at 100% for the intended result. A warm white or flickering LED gives the best effect.
