Sobre este modelo

Drop a fun-size bar in the top and watch it spiral 272 mm down into a tray with a spider web set in the floor. Five printed parts, no supports, pushes together in under a minute.

THE STRIPE RUNS UNBROKEN ACROSS EVERY JOINT, AND YOU DO NOT LINE IT UP The stripe is a two-start helix that advances exactly 360 degrees per joint pitch. Two starts repeat every 180 degrees, and 360 mod 180 = 0, so each piece arrives already in phase with the one below. Turn a piece until the stripes meet, then push. Measured on the exported meshes: 0.0 degrees of discontinuity at 100% cross-section agreement.

THE JOINTS Plain slip fit: 0.15 mm per face, 12 mm of insertion, a 2 mm collar capping the seam. No screws, no clips. That collar doubles as the stop that locates the whole chute, because the sleeve slides up the lower segment from its spigot end until it meets the collar.

THE SPIDER WEB Set flush into the tray floor rather than raised, so candy slides over it. 81 mm across, 1.2 mm deep, about 2.4 g of white filament. Print it in one colour and the tray is still a tray.

WHAT YOU PRINT Two Segments, one Mouth, one Sleeve, one Base. 272 mm tall assembled at 45 degrees, 60 mm bore, so fun-size bars pass easily.

PRINT SETTINGS No supports anywhere. You may get a "has floating regions" warning on the two-colour parts. Ignore it: the slicer checks each colour body on its own and sees the stripe's leading edge overhanging itself, but shell and stripe together fill the ring at every layer. Enabling supports builds towers up the bore. Segments print socket-face down, mouth rim down. Already set in the 3MF. Brim, inner and outer, on the chute parts. Socket-down a segment stands on a 2 mm ring, so the brim does most of the holding. Stand parts at 15% infill. The chute parts are all wall.

FILES STLs for every part, single colour, for any slicer. Bambu 3MF with all five parts on one plate, multicolour, print orientation already set. That plate is 310 x 303 mm, so it needs a 325 x 320 bed like the H2D. On a 256 mm bed, print the parts one at a time from the STLs; every part fits, including the one-piece base. A1 mini: the base is 190 mm long, so for that printer it splits in two with dovetails (STL and 3MF). Everything else fits an A1 mini as it is.

SINGLE COLOUR IS FINE Nothing here needs an AMS. Load one body and print it plain, the geometry is identical.

ASSEMBLY Slide the sleeve onto the lower segment from its spigot end. It stops on the collar. Push the second segment and the mouth on, stripes lined up. Glue the sleeve to the 45 degree pad. Two pins on the pad locate it, so there is no hardware.
