Gridfinity Smooth – Modular Organizer System

Gridfinity Smooth is an original, from-scratch take on the Gridfinity standard, designed to look as good as it works. Every bin has soft rounded corners, a curved interior scoop that makes grabbing small parts easy, a support-free label tab and a stacking lip. It is fully compatible with any Gridfinity baseplate or bin (42 mm grid, 7 mm height units). 📦 What's included - 01 – Basic: 4x4 baseplate + 1x1x3, 2x1x3 (with divider) and 2x2x6 bins.

- 02 – Finger Pull: the same bins with a discreet curved notch at the front, so you can lift a bin out with one finger.

- 03 – Embossed Label: bins with raised text on the label tab (M3 / SCREWS / TOOLS). - _multicolor files keep the text as a separate part – perfect for AMS or dual-nozzle printers

- Single-color files for everyone else

- 04 – Magnets: bins with 6x2 mm magnet holes + a magnet baseplate with a 3 mm floor and a center cutout to save filament.

- 05 – Full Kit: 11 bins (1x1 to 4x1 and 3x2, heights 3 and 6, with 1–4 compartments) and baseplates 3x3, 4x4, 5x5 and 6x6, each in standard and magnet versions. Ready-made project files put one part on each plate.

📐 Fit & tolerances Built to the Gridfinity spec with 0.25–0.35 mm clearance per side. Bins drop in smoothly and stack securely on top of each other. 💡 Printing tips - No supports needed. Print bins upright and baseplates flat.

- 0.2 mm layers, 2–3 walls, 10–15% infill. Profile tested on a Bambu Lab X2D.

- Magnets: 6x2 mm neodymium, fixed with a drop of super glue. Keep the same polarity facing up on all baseplate magnets, and the opposite on the bins.

- Multicolor labels: when opening a _multicolor file in Bambu Studio, load it as a single object with multiple parts and assign a different filament to the text.
