This was created using brian.kerley's "Hole Customizer" (https://thangs.com/designer/brian.kerley/3d-model/Gridfinity%2520%257C%2520Hole%2520Customizer-62607) but I couldn't get the layout presets to agree with me so I ended up sketching the holes by hand.
Anyway thanks to Zack Freedman for the Gridfinity system
