So I don't know the exact model of the paper towel dispenser this is but the left arm that holds the roll of paper towels was broken so I reversed engineered one. The third photo is the original one that shows where it was glued back at the base and eventually failed. I hope this helps someone. If you need the right side I imagine someone can remix the fusion file I included to mirror the left side.
