While first is better for GoPro Session, for regular GoPro I recommend 40 degree angled legs for better stability. Parts put together with 3mm screws, locked in tripod head with a solution of your choice (e.g. UHU Por, CA glue, Loctite threadlocker, nail polish). The tripod head requires support.
