Geneva Drive
por Lawrence Glauberman en Thingiverse
This is an educational demonstration model of a Geneva Drive. The Geneva Drive is a mechanism that creates timed intermittent motion from continous motion. I made 2 variations. One is powered by a 12VDC motor and the 2nd is a standalone model to move manually. The Manual version is a quick and easy.

Sobre este modelo
This is an educational demonstration model of a Geneva Drive. The Geneva Drive is a mechanism that creates timed intermittent motion from continous motion. I made 2 variations. One is powered by a 12VDC motor and the 2nd is a standalone model to move manually. The Manual version is a quick and easy print, only 3 parts. Print the "Base - Non Powered", "Drive Gear - Non Powered" and one "Int Gear." For the powered version, you need: (3x) - #6x1/2" Flat Head Sheet Metal Screws (4x) - #8x3/4" Flat Head Sheet Metal Screws (1x) - DC 12V 100RPM Gear Motor - https://www.amazon.com/dp/B072R57C56 All of the Powered STL files, including 3 of the "Gear Cap." If the motor does not come with the mounting screws, those are flat head M3x6 or M3x8, both will work. The models shown were printed out of ABS with a .16mm layer height. Please like and upload a make!
