The piece wraps over a standard garage door motor rail, fixing it in place against the roof. This helps a lot preventing violent shakes, vibrations, and the mechanism failing. To be used with motors/systems as the following one:
Print Settings Even though the print is to be used in a "moving" scenario, the requirements are quite relaxed. Mine is printed with PLA, and should suffice unless your garage is exposed to very high temperatures - Layer height: 0.2mm
- Infill: 100% (everything is a wall, infill doesn't do anything here)
- Supports/adhesion: none
