G3061 Mini Hot Plate – 3D Print Optimized Chassis This is a functional replica of the original factory enclosure for the G3061 Type-C Mini Hot Plate. If your original shell melted, cracked, or you just want to customize the look of your soldering tool in a different color, this model is for you!
Features & Print Optimization This model recreates the original shape and dimensions of the factory shell. The geometry has been adjusted slightly to ensure it prints reliably and functions well on standard 3D printers. Also, I included the Fusion 360 source file, so feel free to modify it.
Recommended Print Settings - Material: PETG, ABS, or ASA.
- Layer Height: 0.2 mm
- Perimeters/Walls: 3
- Outer Wall Speed: 50-60 mm/s (due to thin wall features, using the Classic Wall Generator is strongly recommended)
