Printing Specifications & Slicer Settings

The entire system is engineered to print completely support-free with minimal material consumption.

• Material: PLA is highly recommended for sharp, clean color separation (PETG is prone to

stringing and color bleeding).

• Outdoor Use Tip: Print in PLA and simply coat the finished model with a clear UV

resistant spray.

• Solid Print Optimization (Crucial): Because the graphic tiles are thin, print them

completely solid to achieve the best surface finish and prevent infill ghosting.

• Wall Count Settings:

o Main Tile Body: Set to 6 walls for maximum structural strength.

o Mini Trial Bracket: Set to 4 walls and 20% Gyroid infill to save material.

• Sharp Detail Tuning (0.4mm Nozzle): If you notice minor gaps in the tight geometric

corners of the dinosaurs, increase your Infill/Wall Overlap to 30% - 40% and slightly

increase your Flow Rate / Extrusion Multiplier by 1-5%.

Multi-Color Printing & AMS Optimization
