Overview Custom designed flexible front cup holder insert / adapter for Ford S-Max and Ford Galaxy models (MK2, years 2015 - 2023).
Printed in TPU, this insert offers a flexible, snug fit that grips drinks firmly and completely eliminates rattles, noise, and spills while driving. The side ribs ensure extra stability inside the original center console cup holder.
Features: • Perfect fit for Ford S-Max & Galaxy (2015-2023) front console cup holders. • Flexible TPU material absorbs vibrations and eliminates rattles/noises. • Side stabilizing ribs for a secure hold on various cup/can sizes. • Wide base flange to keep it sitting flat and secure.
Recommended Print Settings: • Material: TPU (Flexible filament - highly recommended for best fit and noise dampening). • Supports: NO SUPPORTS NEEDED when printed with the base flange flat on the build plate. • Walls / Perimeters: 2 - 3 • Infill: 15% - 20% (Gyroid) • Layer Height: 0.2 mm
