FoldDeck – Fold-Flat Pegboard Shelf with Swing-Out Brackets Make the most of your workspace with FoldDeck, a compact pegboard shelf that folds flat against the wall when you don't need it. Measuring 96 × 66 mm, FoldDeck provides a small platform for lightweight items such as a phone, a small box, or other workspace accessories. Two swing-out brackets support the shelf from underneath, while integrated locking bumps fit into pockets beneath the shelf to help keep the brackets in position. How it works - Deploy: Lift the shelf and swing both brackets outward.

- Secure: Lower the shelf onto the brackets so their locking bumps engage with the pockets underneath.

- Fold away: Lift the shelf, swing the brackets inward, and lower it flat against the pegboard.

Printing and assembly Assembly requires two 24 mm pieces of 1.75 mm filament to act as hinge pins. Check that both brackets swing freely and engage correctly with the shelf before use. Load and safety notes The design is intended for lightweight items, with approximately 1 kg as a preliminary design target, not a verified load rating. The shelf has not been physically load-tested, so begin with very light items and test stability carefully before increasing the load. Do not use it for valuable, fragile, or heavy objects until its strength has been verified. Pegboard compatibility Designed for IKEA SKÅDIS-style pegboards with 5 × 15 mm slots and a 5 mm board thickness. The mounting fit has been collision-checked against a digital slot model but has not yet been verified on a physical board.
