Exact replacement protective cap / CAT III/IV sleeve for Fluke TL75 test leads (commonly bundled with the Fluke 114, 115, 117 series and others). These are the push-on sleeves that cover the 4 mm lantern / probe body and leave only the required tip exposed for safer probing in tight spaces.
