FIT-IT - Customizable Round Adapter

Measure. Customize. Print. Fit. FIT-IT is a simple and fully customizable Round-to-Round adapter designed to make creating the right adapter as easy as possible. No complicated CAD software. No manual modeling. Just enter your dimensions, choose the fit, and generate your adapter. 🔧 What can you customize?

- Total Length — set the complete adapter length.

- Length A — define how deep the first side goes into the adapter.

- Length B — define how deep the second side goes into the adapter.

- Diameter A — set the inside diameter of Side A.

- Diameter B — set the inside diameter of Side B.

- Fit Type — choose from four predefined tolerance levels: - Very Tight — 0.02 mm

- Tight — 0.10 mm

- Standard — 0.20 mm

- Loose — 0.50 mm

- Custom Clearance A/B — add your own additional clearance on top of the selected Fit Type.

- Wall Thickness — control the strength and material usage of the adapter.

- Model Color — preview color only.

How the tolerance works The selected tolerance is applied to both sides of the inside diameter. For example: Inside Diameter: 32 mm Fit Type: 0.20 mm Custom Clearance: 0.02 mm Final tolerance = 0.22 mm Final printed opening = 32.44 mm This gives you precise control over the fit without having to modify the model manually.
