A small piece of fishing gear that sits inline in front of a hoochie (squid skirt). Its shape makes it wiggle in the water, giving the hoochie more action and a better chance of a strike. - 38 mm long, with a 9.5 mm cup for the hoochie head and a 2 mm line hole
