You can use the labels for any brand, any color and any type of material. The thickness steps are 0.2mm, 0.4mm, up to 1.0mm You can print it on any settings you'd like, but just print on at a time, so the colors dont get mixed with others. The hook is made for the Prusament boxes, but with some tweaking or cutting inside the slicer, you can technically attach the labels on any surface. You can make this without any multi color/tool changing system (MMU, AMS, INDX, et cetera), with just changing filament on a certain layer, but it would be fiddly.
