The "Which Spool Is That Again?" Filament Storage Labels 🎯

You built the storage system. The trays are stacked, the spools are sealed, everything is organized — and then you realize you can't read a single label because they're all facing the wrong way and stacked four high. I've been there. These fix that.

🟩 𝗪𝗛𝗔𝗧 𝗠𝗔𝗞𝗘𝗦 𝗜𝗧 𝗪𝗢𝗥𝗞

▸ 𝗦𝗹𝗶𝗽-𝗢𝗻, 𝗡𝗼 𝗔𝗱𝗵𝗲𝘀𝗶𝘃𝗲 — Friction fits directly onto the side of the 1000g Filament Storage Shelf trays. Slides on, slides off, swaps in seconds when you rotate your inventory.

▸ 𝗦𝗼𝗹𝘃𝗲𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗛𝗶𝗱𝗱𝗲𝗻 𝗦𝗽𝗼𝗼𝗹 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗯𝗹𝗲𝗺 — Designed specifically because stacked trays bury the spool label. Now the material type is visible from the side, right where you're actually looking.

▸ 𝗠𝘂𝗹𝘁𝗶-𝗖𝗼𝗹𝗼𝗿 — Needs a CFS or AMS — That bold PLA in red on black isn't an accident, but printing it in two colors needs a CFS, AMS or other multi-material unit. Start from the 3MF and the setup is already done.

▸ 𝗦𝘁𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗙𝗿𝗼𝗺 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗦𝗧𝗟? 𝗣𝗮𝗶𝗻𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗧𝗲𝘅𝘁 — The STLs carry the lettering as real geometry, but color is not part of an STL. Select the part, open Paint in your slicer and color the text. Skip that and it slices in one color, which is why the text can look like it vanished.

▸ 𝗣𝗿𝗶𝗻𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗟𝗲𝘁𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝗙𝗮𝗰𝗲 𝗗𝗼𝘄𝗻 — Put the colored face on the build plate. It prints faster and wastes far less filament on purge.

▸ 𝗜𝗻𝗰𝗹𝘂𝗱𝗲𝗱 𝗩𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 — PLA, PETG, ASA, TPU, and a blank version for custom label maker stickers or hand-written notes. Need a different material? Drop a comment and I'll add it.
