The "Wrong Filament, Never Again" Rack Insert Labels 🎯

You've got the storage rack dialed in. Spools are organized, everything has a home — and then you grab a PETG when you needed PLA because the slot had both and nothing was marking the boundary. I designed these to end that.

🟩 𝗪𝗛𝗔𝗧 𝗠𝗔𝗞𝗘𝗦 𝗜𝗧 𝗪𝗢𝗥𝗞

▸ 𝗗𝗶𝘃𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗿 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗟𝗮𝗯𝗲𝗹 𝗶𝗻 𝗢𝗻𝗲 — Slots directly into the Filament Storage Shelf rack between material types. Bold, visible, and impossible to miss. No more mystery pulls.

▸ 𝗠𝘂𝗹𝘁𝗶-𝗖𝗼𝗹𝗼𝗿 — Needs a CFS or AMS — The text is embedded into the bottom of the model. Printing it in two colors needs a CFS, AMS or other multi-material unit. Start from the 3MF and the setup is already done.

▸ 𝗦𝘁𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗙𝗿𝗼𝗺 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗦𝗧𝗟? 𝗣𝗮𝗶𝗻𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗧𝗲𝘅𝘁 — The STLs carry the lettering as real geometry, but color is not part of an STL. Select the part, open Paint in your slicer and color the text. Skip that and it slices in one color, which is why the text can look like it vanished.

▸ 𝗣𝗿𝗶𝗻𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗟𝗲𝘁𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝗙𝗮𝗰𝗲 𝗗𝗼𝘄𝗻 — Put the colored face on the build plate. It prints faster and wastes far less filament on purge.

▸ 𝗧𝗲𝘅𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝗙𝗮𝗰𝗲 𝗙𝗶𝗻𝗶𝘀𝗵 — Printed face-down with a Hilbert Curve bottom pattern, the front surface comes out looking like anything but a 3D print. Professional and clean.

▸ 𝗣𝗿𝗲-𝗠𝗮𝗱𝗲 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗕𝗹𝗮𝗻𝗸 — The 3MF includes ready-to-print PLA, PETG, ASA, and TPU labels, plus a blank version to customize your own text right in the slicer. The color assignments are already mapped.

▸ 𝗙𝗶𝗹𝗮𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗦𝘁𝗼𝗿𝗮𝗴𝗲 𝗧𝗼𝗽 𝗟𝗮𝗯𝗲𝗹𝘀 — a wide bar that caps a finished column and names the material in that stack. Separate model on my profile.

▸ 𝗙𝗶𝗹𝗮𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗦𝘁𝗼𝗿𝗮𝗴𝗲 𝗦𝗶𝗱𝗲 𝗟𝗮𝗯𝗲𝗹𝘀 — friction-fit tags for the side wall of each tray, readable even when the column is stacked high. Separate model on my profile.
