Festool FS Guide Rail Protective End Caps / Storage Guards

I designed these simple protective end caps to fit Festool FS guide rails and help protect the ends of the rail during storage, transport, or when leaning rails against a wall. The caps slide onto the rail and create a protective bumper across the full width, helping prevent damage to the aluminium profile and reducing the chance of the guide rail catching on other tools or materials. Printed and tested in PETG for improved durability and impact resistance compared to PLA.
