- Purpose: Easily transfer filament between spools or tidy up loose/tangled filament.

- Redesigned Gear Ratio: Significantly faster winding speed when using the hand crank compared to older models.

- Easier Filament Loading: Enhanced geometry ensures smoother and more precise filament routing.

- Compatibility Notice: Aside from the internal spool core, parts are not backwards compatible with older versions (V1, V2, or V3). Everything has been redesigned.

- Another Models Included: The project files include an external 3 kg spool holder as well as adapter rings for spools with larger center holes.

PTFE Guide Tubes The package includes 3 different PTFE tube options. You must select the correct tube depending on the specific spool size and geometry you are using—spools vary in shape and width, so one size does not fit all.

Bearings Needed: The assembly requires 4x 608ZZ bearings. You can use standard metal bearings or fully 3D-printed alternatives. Assembly & Fitting Tips

- Assembly Instructions: Step-by-step guidance is included in the attached photos.

- Tolerance Adjustments: Depending on your printer's accuracy, some stand holes may require light sanding so that pins, bearings, and shafts fit smoothly.

Printing Guidelines & Profiles IMPORTANT: Do NOT modify the provided print profile! Each component has been carefully configured with specific settings to ensure optimal structural strength.

- Layer Height: 0.24 mm – 0.28 mm (tuned specifically for strength and printing efficiency).

- Material Recommendations: - Standard PLA works great for all parts.

- If using engineering materials such as PETG, ABS, or ASA, make sure your filament is thoroughly dried before printing to avoid dimensional inaccuracies and stringing.
