Sobre este modelo
If you are building a high-capacity DIY battery using the Yixiang MB56 kit (often used for the massive 48V 628Ah EVE cells) and upgrading your wiring to 95mm2 (3/0 AWG) cables, you already know the struggle: the original protective battery terminal covers simply do not fit. While you can just manage to squeeze a single 95mm2 cable under the stock pole covers with a lot of filing and trimming, it becomes entirely impossible when you start daisy-chaining (looping through) with two heavy-duty cable lugs stacked on top of each other right on the main terminals. The factory terminal caps lack the vertical clearance needed for these massive high-current connections. To solve this, I reverse-engineered the original battery pole covers and redesigned them to be exactly 1 centimeter (10mm) higher. This gives you all the extra clearance required to safely cover and insulate your main battery terminals when using thick 95mm2 wiring and stacked lugs, keeping your build both safe and neat. Print Settings and Info - Printer used: Creality Ender 3 V2 - Material: PETG (Highly recommended over PLA for better heat resistance and electrical insulation properties inside battery enclosures). - Colors in photos: I printed one in black and one in white, simply because I ran out of red PETG — but it protects the terminals perfectly! ;-)
