Recommend to use some reasonably strong filament, at least PETG. Print with minimum of 3 perimeters, 15% infill (grid type supports the load the best). Use no supports, the bridging is absolutely fine. As it is printed, the layer adhesion is very important for the strength of the print, for that reason I would use reasonably small layer height and temperature close to the upper limit, also possibly an extrusion multiplier of 1.05 could help.
