Bearings got worn out in the original fan. Had some 80mmx10mm 24VDC fans lying around. Just slapped this together in TinkerCAD. Alot less noisy, so I thought I would share. I recommend enabling "Avoid Crossing Perimiters" I mirrored it by the Y axis, so that the fan grill does not need support, and the pretty side is up.
