After inspecting the design, I noticed that the original labium (the splitting edge/triangle) was too blunt, which prevented the airflow from splitting correctly to create a whistle tone. To fix this, I remodeled the geometry and designed a brand new, sharp labium triangle from scratch.With this new modification, the air splits perfectly, and the dual whistle is now functional , Extremely loud and compact. Recommended Print Settings: ¤ Material: PETG (highly recommended for outdoor durability and impact resistance) ¤ Layer Height: 0.12mm - 0.20mm (smoother internal walls improve airflow and sound quality) ¤ Wall Line Count / Perimeters: 3 or 4 (Crucial! The whistle must be 100% airtight to reach full volume) ¤ Infill: 40% - 100% This is a Remix:
