Colours: Split to Parts

Import ONE _4c or _2c file, right-click → Split to Parts, and give each part a filament. Parts arrive in this order: cream, dark green, sage, gold (roof: sage, gold). Do not move a part after splitting. The windows, vines and trim are joined to the wall by welds buried 1.2 mm inside it, so nothing comes loose.

Unsplit, any of the three files prints in one colour.

Print settings

256 × 256 mm bed or larger. An A1 mini is too small.

0.4 mm nozzle, 0.2 mm layers, 3 walls, 15 % infill, no supports, ironing off.

Keep the supplied orientation: box and drawer upright on their floors, roof underside down.

PLA in four colours: cream, dark green, sage, warm gold.

Part Filament Time

Box 245 g 7 h 40 min

Drawer 164 g 4 h 14 min

Roof 203 g 6 h 59 min

Pins ~1 g minutes

Weights are before AMS purge. Box and drawer change colour on most layers (about 600 and 540 changes), so budget roughly 200–300 g of purge for each. Check Bambu Studio's totals. If that is too much, print the single-colour box and drawer.

Assembly

Test the fit. Print the coupon base and slider. The slider should move freely between the rails. If it is tight, fix first-layer squish before printing the box.

Pins in. Push the plain end of each pin into a post inside the box, forked end up. It is a 0.1 mm-per-side slip fit, 10 mm deep.

Roof on. Lower the roof onto the four forks and press down at each pin until it sits on the wall tops. Pull straight up to remove it.

Drawer in. Slide the drawer into the opening until it stops. Side clearance is 0.7 mm per side. Pull it by the central ledge and support it when it is far out: it has no travel stop and comes out completely.

Roof too loose or too tight on the pins: change pin_grip (0.15 mm) in the source and reprint only the pins.
