Sobre este modelo
For my dust extraction system, I designed a quick-connect coupling system. The extraction hose can easily be moved between different machines using a bayonet locking mechanism. For now, I have mainly designed the system for DN90 and DN100 sizes. However, both nominal sizes are compatible with each other. I have uploaded the files as STEP files, so they can be modified and adapted quite easily if required. For the dust extractor side, the following parts are required: - Suction hose spigot - Bayonet locking ring - 3 × M4 × 12 screws, optionally with 4.2 mm washers - Suitable hose clamp
I did not attach the hose directly to the suction hose spigot. Instead, I fitted a short section of DN90 HT pipe with a rubber seal onto the spigot and then attached the hose to this pipe using a hose clamp. This provides better guidance for the locking ring and prevents it from rubbing against the spiral hose. See the photos for reference. The mating parts are available in both clockwise-locking and counterclockwise-locking versions. They are also available with either the outside diameter or the inside diameter used as the nominal size. If necessary, the mating part can be bonded onto the machine outlet using silicone, or its diameter can be adjusted so that it fits tightly onto the machine connection without additional fastening.
