This should work to replace a duraflex male stealth buckle for 1" nylon webbing. Had to enlarge the catches on the two arms in the original design to get it to hold under tension. Printed with support and had to clean up model with razor blade and nippers. In particular had to make arm catches...

Printed with support and had to clean up model with razor blade and nippers. In particular had to make arm catches sharp with nippers. My printed latch is holding tight with 25lbs of tension pulled on the nylon strap.
