The previous version for humidity control I used was a bit too cute and fiddly. I really just want to renew the desiccant in the oven then pour it back into the box, put in the filament then close the lid. But those damn little filament balls get stuck in the spool!
So, here is my solution. A single piece false floor with hydrometer holder (which was taken from the excellent PeterPan2512 model, which was then modified in terms of contour and having clips to connect it to the floor). The compete assembly seems to work well for me.
