Made this to cut old props to the specific length i wanted. I use a old damaged 1104 motor i had as a rotation axis for the prop. I'm using a 1mm end mill - https://s.click.aliexpress.com/e/_DCYyHWd
Each hole for the motor Block has the number prop length in inches. On my pictures you can't see it well because i forgot to configure the supports when i made the Gcode. ;)
I have two versions for the motor block (rotation axis for the prop). Threaded version - to print in ABS and use a M3 tap. Insert version - to print in PLA, heat a M3 insert in the tip of a long screw and gently push it throught the hole. Works like a charm!
Beware of the end mill when using this tool.
