Dodge Dynasty Window Regulator Repair

Repair part for front window regulators. The original nylon parts are molded directly onto the steel frame. The piece that holds the cable ball ends splits in half and the cables pull out of it. You will need to carefully cut out the plastic piece, leaving the metal support tabs. Check the photo, there are metal tabs inside the plastic piece, do not cut these. This printable part should snap into place and fit very snugly. Ensure that it snaps into place fully. The through hole has been eliminated for strength. Print this part upright just as the model is, that should provide the most strength to prevent it from splitting under cable tension. Needs supports under the bottom only, do not allow supports inside the ball area, they will be hard to remove. Recommend printing in nylon. I am using PLA+ temporarily to check function and strength, but I believe it will soften in the summer heat and deform.
