Sobre este modelo

Once again, I was searching for a safe, perfectly fitting enclosure for my Shelly Pro 4PM, but couldn't find exactly what I needed. Standard distribution boxes were often too bulky, lacked customization for wiring, or simply didn't offer that clean, modern look for a visible smart home setup. Designed specifically for smart devices like Shelly PRO Series, Circuit Breakers, Sonoff, Tuya, Homematic, or many other DIN-mount modules, this case is fully customizable and scalable. Need Custom Sizes? I have provided the most common standard sizes from 1 TE to 6 TE as ready-to-print STLs here. However, this project is fully parametric! If you need a specific size, custom tolerances, or want to tailor the empty space precisely around your specific DIN devices and bulky 230V wiring needs, you can easily use my free web-based Customizer on my MakerWorld profile instead: https://makerworld.com/en/models/3520112-din-rail-enclosure-breaker-box-35mm-parametric#profileId-4023405 Building on the proven mechanics of my existing universal IoT enclosure, I decided to design a universal 35mm TH35 DIN-Rail project enclosure & breaker box with a major twist: It is designed from the inside out! Unlike standard boxes that use external dimensions, the customizer is based on Internal Dimensions. You simply enter how many DIN units (TE/HP) your device needs, and the script does the heavy lifting, automatically calculating the exact wall geometries and adding your chosen wall thickness to generate the final outer shell. Core Features & Smart Design: * Flush vs. Standard Breaker Look: Want your device to protrude like in a standard electrical cabinet? Simply set the device depth to the standard 45.0 mm. Want a sleek, modern "Monolith" look where the display sits perfectly flush with the enclosure? Set it to your device's actual depth (e.g., 54.3 mm for the Shelly PRO 4PM). The box will wrap around it perfectly! * FDM-Optimized DIN-Rail 35mm (No Supports Needed!): The integrated TH35 DIN-rail features custom 45-degree chamfered flanges and internal stiffening ribs. It mimics the thin 1mm sheet metal required for device spring-clips to snap perfectly, but is structurally reinforced for 3D printing. It prints absolutely support-free! * Automatic TE Engravings (Bridging Magic): You can easily toggle engraved labels | TE 1 | TE 2 | TE3 | ... | ... for the front panel. These are designed to be 0.6 mm deep on the outer face. Because they face the build plate, your printer will easily bridge these small gaps—resulting in an industrial, milled look without any support structures. * Safe 230V Ventilation: To ensure safety and thermal efficiency, the optional ventilation slots are restricted to a safe 2.5 mm width and placed only in the top section of the side walls. This prevents fingers or tools from slipping in while letting warm air escape. * Modular IO-Shield System: Just like my other existing universal IoT enclosures, you can add standardized 22x11mm cutouts to any side of the box (Top, Bottom, Left, Right). You can then generate precisely fitting IO-Shields for 13 different port types (including USB-C, PG-Cable Glands/Holes, Sensor Vents, and Blank Plates). NOTE: Use the 3D Previews! If you choose to use the Customizer on MakerWorld, you can select the Exploded Preview or Cross-Section Preview. This gives you a live, colored 3D preview of how the front, rear panel, DIN-rail, and the DIN-device fit together before you download your custom STL. Slicing & Printing Tips for Large Enclosures: If you design a massive enclosure (e.g., 12 TE) via the customizer, laying out all parts next to each other might exceed your printer's build volume. You can simply use the drop-down menu in the web interface to generate and download the Front, Rear Panel, DIN-Rail, and IO-Shields as separate STL files! Check out my other Parametric Projects! Building on this universal IoT enclosure, I decided to design an exceptionally robust, fully parametric enclosure for 35mm DIN-rail mounting! Take a look at it here: https://makerworld.com/en/models/3187852-parametric-diy-enclosure-various-or-w-o-oled-lcd#profileId-3715074 I hope my 3D model works flawlessly for your smart home projects and hardware setups. If you like this parametric enclosure and it helps with your project, I would really appreciate a Like and seeing a picture of your Make! Thank you and happy printing!
