Sobre este modelo
I made this base mount to constrain my DeWalt ToughSystem 2.0 tool drawers from sliding around in my work truck. The toolbox's feet slot into the chamfered recesses, which I attached to plywood base. This isn't designed to be positive locking, just held by gravity - I secure the bottom box with a ratchet strap run underneath the plywood base. The mount is thick enough to contact the underside of the toolbox to provide some additional support and help resist rocking front and back. The two halves interlock, and a small piece of printer filament can be used as a locking pin (optional but helpful), and screw down with recessed screw heads. The openings have chamfered edges to help guide the toolbox into place, and I removed unneeded material to save filament and print time. I printed with PETG and a .6mm nozzle. Lining up the fitment can be tricky - I secured one side first then used hot glue on side two's mount while holding it to the underside of the toolbox as I set the toolbox onto the first mount.
