This 3D printable devil horns headband features an open-frame design with hollow horn outlines that can be filled with UV resin for a glossy, stained-glass look. Wear it as is in black for a minimalist style, or fill the horns with red resin for a classic devil costume accessory. Great for Halloween, costume parties, cosplay, festivals, and as a fun handmade gift.
Designed for FDM printing, the headband prints flat as a single piece. Print the frame on a smooth build surface so the horn outlines have a sealed bottom for pouring resin, or place it on tape or silicone before adding resin. Pour UV resin in thin layers and cure under a UV lamp. Flexible or tough filaments can help the band flex comfortably when worn.
