Deer Antler Headband – Slide-On Antlers +

Branching deer antlers that slide onto a headband and stay put: reindeer for the Christmas party, faun or forest spirit for cosplay, a woodland touch for a festival. The headband is included, and the antlers also fit any store-bought headband 8 mm wide and 3 mm thick.

WHY YOU'LL LIKE IT - No glue: the curve of the headband flexes inside the tunnel of each antler and grips it, so you can slide the antlers to the exact spot you want. - Prints flat in three quick pieces, with no supports at all. - Light (under 20 g of filament for everything) and comfortable to wear for hours.

WHAT'S INCLUDED - Left antler and right antler (77 × 128 mm each). - Headband 8 × 3 mm, 140 mm inner width (fits most adults). - Original design.

PRINT SETTINGS (suggested, not yet tested on a printer) - Supports: none · Layer: 0.2 mm · Walls: 3 · Infill: 20 % · Nozzle: 0.4 mm - Orientation: everything flat, as exported (antlers with the flat back on the bed) - Material: PETG for the headband (PLA can snap when you open it); PLA or PETG for the antlers - Colors: brown, ivory or gold antlers; any color for the headband Every part was checked in CAD: watertight, and no face steeper than 55 deg from vertical facing down.

ASSEMBLY 1. Slide each antler onto the headband from its tip, with the rounded side facing forward. 2. Push them up to the position you like: the bent headband grips them on its own. 3. If you use a store-bought headband, it must be 8 mm wide and about 3 mm thick.
