Sobre este modelo
DEADLINE is a square sticky-note holder with a pair of small hands and shoes. The ivory container has horizontal grooves inspired by a stack of paper, while a curved front notch makes the notes easier to reach.
The hands and feet print separately and attach directly to the holder. The container rests on its own flat base; the limbs add character rather than carrying the paper stack. Print the holder and limbs in separate colors without a multicolor printer.
Dimensions at 100% scale - Complete assembly: approximately 130.6 x 112.66 x 43 mm. - Holder: 86 x 86 x 43 mm. - Internal paper space: 78 x 78 x 25 mm. Designed for nominal 76 x 76 mm square sticky notes. Check your actual pad dimensions and stack height. Paper is not included in the printable files.
Included files - DEADLINE-Holder-Ivory-v004.stl - DEADLINE-Hand-Left-v004.stl - DEADLINE-Hand-Right-v004.stl - DEADLINE-Foot-Left-v004.stl - DEADLINE-Foot-Right-v004.stl - DEADLINE-Two-Plates-v001.3mf Print one of each STL: five pieces total. The single 3MF already contains all five parts, with the ivory holder on plate 1 and lime-colored limbs on plate 2. No experimental parts or fit-test coupons are included. The right wrist uses the final revision with its watch-like detail removed.
Printing Suggested starting settings: PLA, 0.4 mm nozzle, 0.20 mm layers, 4 walls, 5 top/bottom layers, 15% infill and 100% scale. Print the holder upright, opening upward. Inspect the horizontal socket ceilings in the sliced preview. Print the hands with their flattened palm undersides down and the feet on their soles. Use local build-plate supports beneath the raised horizontal pegs and inspect the finger and shoe overhangs. Remove supports carefully around the small parts.
The 3MF includes starting Bambu Lab X2D / 0.4 mm / PLA settings, not pre-sliced G-code. Verify your printer, filament, supports and layer preview before printing. These recommendations are not a record of the photographed prototype's exact slicing settings. Other slicers may interpret project settings differently; separate STL files are supplied. Import either the 3MF or the STLs to avoid duplicates. Print time and material use depend on your slicing settings.
Assembly Left and right refer to the product as seen from the front. Clean the pegs and sockets, insert the hands into the side sockets, and insert the feet into the two front sockets. Orient the flattened palm undersides and shoe soles toward the table. The round pegs are not keyed or snap-locking. Do not force a tight joint; optional PLA-compatible adhesive can secure the limbs after a successful dry fit. Lift the product by the holder, not by its hands or feet.
